Planning & pricing

Pick how much help you want

Every option includes the research, the booking links and your agent discount where one exists. You’re paying for the planning — never a markup on what you book.

All prices are per trip, not per person.

How payment works

Half to start, half on delivery

First draft within seven business days of your intake form.

Day 0 · after the call
50% deposit. I don’t start until it clears. The intake form goes out the same day. (Second opinion is paid in full up front — it’s a single session.)
Day 1–2
You fill in the intake form. About fifteen minutes. The clock starts when it lands with me, not when you paid.
Day 2–3
I send you the shape. Which cities, how the days split, roughly what it’ll cost. One page. You say yes or push back before I build anything.
Day 7
Draft itinerary. Seven business days from your intake form. Day by day, with hotels priced and options where they matter.
Day 8–10
Revisions. Two rounds included. Most people use one.
On delivery
Balance due. Then the final itinerary, your booking links with any agent discount applied, and the destination brief.
While you travel
I’m reachable the whole time you’re away. Not on the trip with you — unless you want me to be.
Hotels and tour operators pay me a commission after you travel. It comes out of their margin, not your pocket — you pay the same rate you’d pay booking direct, and often less.

The fine print

Worth knowing up front

  • Cancel before I start — deposit returned in full
  • Cancel after I start — deposit covers work done, no further charge
  • Extra revisions beyond your tier — $75/hr, most people never need them
  • Departing within four weeks — add $100 rush fee
  • Airfare, meals and insurance are never included in the planning fee

Not sure which?

Tell me where you’re going and I’ll tell you which one you need — including if the answer is “none of them, just book it yourself.”
